Karachi(Staff Reporters): Sources say that Maulana Izhar ul Haq was abducted from the Mehran hotel, subjected to barbaric and inhuman torture and then Murdered. According to sources names of those who were staying along with Maulana Izhar ul Haq in Mehran hotel, it is feared that his companions have been killed as well.

Helmand, Paktia: 24 American Soldiers Killed
Taliban and Arab Mujahideen engaged the enemy in the mountains bordering Iran and Chagai killing 13 Americans. 4 Arab Mujahideen Killed by American bombing.
10 Missiles fired against the enemy residential complex in Paktia 11 foreign soldiers killed 18 injured
Paktia (Islaam News/Agencies): Missile attacks In Gardez city left 11 crusaders dead and 18 injured.
According to fresh reports 10 radio-controlled missiles fired at a American commandoes residential complex created huge explosions which rocked the city. In attempt at retaliation, US troops started search operations in the suburban areas of Gardez, however no arrests were reported. American planes intensified low flights over the area. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
Dalbadin (Sana News): A grenade attack by Taliban and Arab Mujahideen in the Afghan province of Helmand blasted 13 American troops into bits.
According to reports Taliban and Arab Mujahideen a preparing for a grand offensive in the mountainous regions bordering Iran.
On saturday the Mujahideen launched an attack on a group of American forces in the cover of the night, and killed 13 crusaders using hand grenades. After the attack the Mujahideen successfully retreated to their hideouts. Later 4 Arab Mujahideen, who were resting under a tree were martyred in American bombing.

Karachi (Staff Reporter): A Pakistani Mujahid Zia ur Rahmaan bin Latif ur Rahmaan gained Shahaadah in the Northern Alliance's Shabarghan Jail. He home was in Frontier Colony No.3 near Rabbani Masjid. His funeral prayer was lead by Qari Yusuf in Shabarghan Jail. He was buried in the Graveyard of the Shuhadaa, Dasht-i-Layla.

Missile Attack in Khost 3 Soldiers Killed 5 Injured
No Arrests despite Intense Surviellience from aeroplanes and Door to Door Searches
Khost (Special Correspondant): Unidentified Mujahideen launched a missile attack on the old Khost airport leading to the destruction of one US helicopter, the death of 3 afghan gunmen and sever injury to 5 others.
On tuesday at nearly 13:30 two missile were launced towards the old khost airport. The first missile struck an american helicopter which continued burning for some hours. The second missile struck the barracks of Afghan gunmen, killing 3 and injuring 5 others. A short while after the attacks US aeroplanes started flights over the area in search of the attackers.
Meanwhile a house in Khost city was surrounded by gunmen who claimed to be searching for al-Qaidah or Taliban, but they found no suspects in the house
American Soldiers Fire on Civilian Car, 4 Civilians Killed, Including 3 Brothers in Kunar
They killing occured in Chughra Sarai, when the car did not stop when a US soldier signalled them to stop
Kunar(special correspondant): 4 civilians of a family including 3 brothers were killed by the US soldiers on Tuesday nearly one km from Chughra Sarai in Kunar. An american soldier signalled the car to stop, when the car continued to move the US soldiers opened fire, killing 3 brothers Sultan, Khalid and Warith Khan and their nephew who's name couldn't be determined. Another passenger Bacha Khan was severely injured.
South Waziristan: A Man's House Demolished For Giving Refuge to Mujahideen
South Waziristan (correspondant): Abdul Khaliq Wazir's house has been destroyed because he gave refuge to Arab Mujahideen. The governament appointed Political Agents force and a paramilitary force, South Waziristan Scouts carried out the demolition. The fortless-like house of Abdul Khaliq Wazir was located to the west of Wana near Azam Warsak bazaar at Kajapanga. Abdul Khaliq had rented his house to the Arab mujahideen for a large sum of money.
On 25 June a combined force consisting of Pak Armymen, Political Khasadar force and South Waziristan scouts came to the house to search for Arab Mujahideen, this lead to a fight with the Mujahideen in which 5 armymen including a Major, and 5 Scouts including a captain were killed. 2 Arab Mujahideen were also martyred in this fight.
Abdul Khaliq Wazir had been in hiding uptil now, but on tuesday he handed himself over to the Political agent. He is being interrogated while his house has been demolished

Islamabad(SADA): At Qari Abdul Haq's funeral a pamphlet was circulated, which contained a strong refutation of the story of Maulana Azam's Hunger strike by Tehrik Millat ul Islamiyyah. The pamphlets said that the govt. wishes to kill Maulana Azam Tariq ( مد ظله العالي) and for this purpose the concocted story of hunger strike was released to the newspapers.
It was alledged on the authority of a fellow prisoner of Maulana Azam Tariq, that Maulana said that these people want to finish me off. And that they will not allow me to meet anyone. The fellow prisoner reported that Maulana was continually being given sedatives. He is not given any food only glucose through drip.

Fresh Fighting over Shindand and Ghauryan
Kabul (Special Correspondant): Districts of Ghauryan and Shindand became scenes of heavy fighting once after negotiations sponsered by the Karzai govt. ended in failure. A total of 19 people were killed on both sides and many were injured.
Commander Kareem's forces in in Ghauryan and Commander Amanullah in Shindand, clashed against the forces of Ismaeel Khan, the governor of Herat. There are reports of civilian casualities as a result of heavy shelling. Commanders Amanullah and Kareem alledge that the clash was started by the Tajik governor Ismaeel Khan. They said that will continue their resistance until Commander Ismaeel Khan is removed from the post of Governor.

Argun (special correspondant): An unknown Mujahid carried out a Martyrdom bombing against an American camp in the strategically important region of Argun.

Afghan govt. sources claim that only 4 militiamen working as policemen were injured in the attack. However according to the locals the attack caused a huge amount of casualities including some US or allied troops.
According to local sources the attack occured after fajr when a car full of explosives was rammed into an American camp. Eyewitneses say that they saw a number of US military vehicles fleeing the base after the attack. According to reports atleast 4 US or allied troops were killed in the attack.
This attack was the first of its kind in Paktia.

The Martyrdom Squad Attacked the Southern Desert Airport on Tuesday morning, in reaction Americans have started rigourous searches in Qandahar and have deployed an estimated 400 soldiers, 40 tanks and many APC in Spin Boldak
Qandahar (special correspondant): At least 10 US soldiers were killed and 6 helicopters were destroyed in an attack on Southern Qandahar Airport in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
The airport had been built by Arab princes who come to Qandahar for falconeering. Nowadays it is being used as a base for US troops.

Mianwali (online): The Amir Sipah Sahabah and former member of the National Assembly of Pakistan Maulana Azam Tariq's hunger strike has reached its 31st day. According to sources, his liver function has detoriated. He is in a state of unconsciousness.
A medical board constituted by the Lahore High Court visited the central prison Mianwali to determine the condition of Maulana has recommended that he should be shifted to a hospital immediately for treatment.
Maulana Azam Tariq started his fast unto death to protest against his detention for over two years without any charges against him. He was arrested under Maintenance of Public Order (MPO) ordinance which allows preventive detention for 90 days without any charges.
A review board of the Lahore High Court has been continously extending this 90 days limit but the government failed to bring any charges against him.

Barbaric Israeli Attack on Residential Area of Ghaza

Islamabad (Monitoring Desk): In the early hours of Tuesday morning Israelis launched an attack on a residential area of Gaza, using American supplied F-16 warplanes, destroying at least 5 Muslim homes. Atleast 15 Muslims were killed, including 9 children and 4 women. More than 150 Palestinians were severely wounded. This number is feared to rise as the rescue operations continue.

Karzai's Team Reached the Area to Quell the Fighing - Conquest of Shindand Airbase is Considered as Conquest of All the Western Areas
Herat (Islaam News):At least 12 persons were killed and several other injured during clashes between Pashtoon and Tajik forces in Shendand area of Herat province.
Local warlord of Herat, Haji Hazrat said that the clash occured upon the directives of the Tajik governor Ismaeel Khan. 7 Tajiks and 5 Pakhtoons were killed, and dozens of people were seriously injured.
According to AIP Karzai's ream reached the area to quell the fighting and after some negotiations fighting was stopped.

Officials Haripur Jail Refuse to Release 35 Arrested Mujahideen Despite Court Order"These are 'black-listed' prisoners" - Officials
Peshawar (Special Correspondant): Officials of Central Jail Peshawar refused to release 35 Mujahideen imprisoned there, despite the court order. Contempt of Court petition has been filed against the officials.
Hafiz Naseem Akbar, a judge of the Peshawar court had approved the release on bail of the 95 Mujahideen imprisoned in the Haripur jail, however the jail officials are not releasing 35 of these Mujahideen on the pretext that they are on the Interior Ministry's "Black List" and cannot be released. Advocate Ijaz Khan has filed a contempt of Court petition against the jail officials in Hafiz Naseem Akbar's court. The Judicial Magistrate has served the jail Superintendant a notice to appear before the court on 27th July.

Kohat (Faxed Statement): "Jihaad against the Kufri System will continue. Complete legal action will be instituted against those who slaughtered the innocent Arab Mujahideen". These words were said by Javed Ibrahim Paracha Sahib, a famous personality of Pakistan, who has raised his voice in support of the imprisoned Mujahideen, after his release from bannu Jail. Thousands of people gathered outside the jail to recieve him. The people then proceeded enmasse to the Kohat court along with Paracha sahib. Javed Ibrahim Paracha further said that the Kohat commisioner has accepted the appeal of Maulana Soofi Muhammad (حفظه الله) the founder of Tehrik-i-Nifaaz-i-Shariah-i-Muhammadi (TSMN) and reduced his sentence from 10 years to 5 years. He said that we will appeal to the Home Secretary to further reduce the term.

The Lashkar is being lead by the tribal leaders including Malik Shahjahan and Malik Sardar Khan of Parkhlozai, Malik Faqir Muhammah of Umri, Malik Taj Muhammad of Tarkhu, Malik Abdul Aziz of Kumar, Malik Muhammad Jan of Malangi, Malik Gul Rehman and Abdur Rasheed of Agrah and Malik Taj Muhammad of Lafri.
Release Maulana Azam Tariq - 500 Union Councillors of Jhang Threaten to Resign
Jhang (P.R): Former Member of the National Assembly Maulana Azam Tariq's hunger strike against his illegal detention, despite the decision of the court ordering his release, continued for the 24th day. Maulana (مد ظله العالي) is in a semi-conscious state. The leaders of the Mutahida Majlis ul Amal are also trying to get him released.
The Secretary Health of the Punjab govt. has instituted a medical board to examine Maulana Azam Tariq upon orders from Lahore High Court.
Last night seeing Maulana Azam Tariq's condition worsening, the jail superintendant order the Jail doctor to force Maulana to drink a glass of milk, but the doctor refused to take any risk. Emergency conditions prevail in the jail. The jail staff has been replaced and getting any sort of information is getting extremely difficult. Even Maulana Azam Tariq's children have been allowed to visit him.
Nearly 500 Union Councillors of Jhang have threatened to resign in protest against the state sanctioned voilence and biased behaviour against Maulana Azam Tariq.
Yesterday Maulana Azam Tariq's son Muawiyah Azam Tariq talked to local and foriegn news reporters. He protested against the govt.'s biased policies in Maulana Azam Tariq's case. He said that some Ministers and Bureaucrats religiously-opposed to Maulana Azam Tariq, wish to see him die in the prison.

Burqa Clad Attacker Killed Four American Soldiers in Qandahar
The American's Speeding jeep was hailed by the burqa-clad assailant, all four passengers were killed in a burst from a Klashnikov, giving the soldiers no chance for returning fire. The assailant was successful in getting away.

According to eyewitnesses around 12 am, a burqa-clad woman hailed a passing American Jeep. When the jeep came to a halt besides her(?), she(?) suddenly took out a klashnikov hidden in the folds of the Burqa and shot dead all four passengers in a burst of automatic gunfire.

In a message from jail Omar Saeed Shaikh said that though the majority of the British people are good, Britain is equally responsible for the bloodshed of the Afghan Muslims, Palestinians’ massacres and Iraq’s innocent citizens. Maulana has been in jail for two years. Nine months ago, a court ruling declared his continued imprisonment as illegal, however the govt. has been keeping him in illegal confinement for over nine months in contravention of the court order.

Dr. Habibullah of International Islamic University Islamabad Arrested Along With A Sudani Aide, by FBI
Islamabad (Report - Mazher Iqbal): FBI has started arrests, torture and harrassement of non-Pakistani teachers and students of the International Islamic University. Some days back a Sunni Muslim Muhajir from Iran, Dr. Habibullah was arrested along with his Sudani aide.
Acorrding to reports the Dr. (حفظه الله) is against the Rafidhi government of Iran. Dr. Habibullah has done his PHD from the International Islamic University Islamabad and has married a Pakistani lady. He has complete UN immigration papers. Previously he had been living in Karachi. No details could be gathered about the Sudani aide.
Dr. Habibullah's arrest was carried out by the Pakistani agencies at the behest of the FBI. Pakistani agencies have made no comment on the Dr.'s arrest . According to sources, plans have been made for arrests of many students and teachers of the International Islamic University within the next few days.

Karachi ( P. R ): Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Nadeem (مد ظله العالي) and other Ulamaa expressed their deep concern over Maulana Azam Tariq's continous hunger strike. They said that if something happens to Maulana Azam Tariq (مد ظله العالي), as a result of his hunger strike, it will create a very dangerous situation for the country. They said that the Musharraf governament claims to be a principled governament but on what principal have they kept Maulana Azam Tariq in confinement for over nine months without trial? Even though after the govt. has banned the Sipah Sahaabah, he has done nothing against that ban.
In his statement from the Central Jail Karachi, Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Nadeem said that the Aseeraan Namoos i Sahaabah RadhiAllahu Ta'ala Anhum (those who have been imprisoned for defending the companions of Rasullullah Sallahu Alyhi waSallam), are in deep concern over Maulana Azam Tariq's continuing hunger strike and his detoriating health and thousands of Sunnis all over Pakistan are in deep anxiety, therefore the governament should come to its senses and release Maulana immediately.

Second Day of Missile Attacks on Khost Airport
Missiles Hit a Temporary Shelter of The Americans
Khost (Special Correspondant): Yesterday at 0100 hours Afghan time 3 missiles were fired at the old Khost airport which is being used by the allied forces. Soon after the attacks american planes and helicopters started searching the area for Mujahideen. Emergency has been declared in base. Daily Islaam contacted the workers of the airport, who refused to divulge details of American or Afghan losses, however on the condition of anonymity they said that one of the missiles hit a temporary shelter for American and Afghan troops.

Govt. of Pakistan Decides to take the Ulama into Confidence over the Madaaris Ordinance
Maulana Fadhl ur Rahmaan (حفظه الله) invited for talks.
Maulana consults the office bearers of Ittihad Tanzeemat ul Madaaris Deeniyah and the heads of the Islamic Seminaries, before starting talks with the government.
The union of the five Islamic education boards the Ittihad Tanzeemat ul Madaaris Deeniyah have agreed to conditional talks with the government.
Talks are scheduled to take place on 4th July.

Kunar: A 24 Member Delegation of Afghan Muhajireen Made Captive
Bajaur(Islaam News): A delgation of 24 Afghan Muhajireen was on their way to their homeland in Jalalabad in order to select their representatives to the Loya Jirga when they were made captive at Nawababad mountain pass by Kunari gunmen on the suspicion of belonging to alQaidah.
Relatives of the captured Muhajireen in Bajaur alledge that they were captured by the anti-Taliban tanzeem "Salfiah", which is close to the Kunari adminsteration. The captured Mujahideen were sent off to Kabul for "interrogation".
In Bajaur agency the leader of the pro-Taliban faction & former Deputy Governer of Kunar, Haji Hadhrat Rahmaan held a press conference in which he warned that if the captured representatives were not released within 24 hours, action will be taken against the supporters of the Karzai adminsteration in Bajaur agency

Zakeem Khan's Second in Command, Shahzada Mandozoi killed
Khost(Correspondent): Afghanistan’s eastern province Khost is in the grip complete anarchy and chaos. All markets have been closed all kind of business have been suspended. The clashes between the Karzai appointed Governor and Zakeem Khan's militia have reached their third day.
On Thursday Zakeem Khan's Lieutenant Shahzada Mandozai was killed along with two of his body guards in Shamal Pul near Khost's main market. Zakeem Khan blamed the Governor of Khost for the incident

Ameriki Armoured Fighting Vehicle Destroyed
Chaman(Correspondant): An american armoured fighting vehicle or light tank was destroyed in the Khushaab region near Qandahar airport, apparently it stepped on a landmine.
It was a part of a routine patrol consisting of the destroyed vehicle and 3 APCs. The patrol was started some weeks ago after the Mujahideen's attack on the Qandahar airport.
Eyewitnesses reported a seeing a small pile of body parts. They estimate that 8 soldiers were killed. Soon afterwards a strict curfew was enforced in the area with orders to shoot anyone who comes out of their homes.
Professor 'Ata ur Rahmaan murdered in Lahore
Lahore(Islaam News): A member of the Islamic Ideological council and head of Idarah Fahm ul Quraan, Professor 'Ata ur Rahmaan Saqib and his driver Shiraaz were killed in an act of terrorism yesterday at 7:30 am when they were heading towards the AG office Auditorium where Prof. 'Ata ur Rahmaan was scheluded to give a lecture. Professor died instantly while Shiraaz died on the way to the hospital.
While fleeing from the site of the murder, they encountered the mutawali of the Imambarah Khaymah-e-Saadat, Syed Hussain Raza Shah at the Jain Mandir Bus stop, who was trying to cross the road with his daughter. The terrorist braked their motercycle suddenly, which caused them to drop their mauser pistols. They calmly picked up their pistols and shot Raza Shah, killing him instantly. Then they abondoned their motercycle and ran away on foot.
Professor 'Ata ur Rahmaan Saqib's funeral was attended by thousands of men and women. The prayer was led by the son of Allamah Ihsaan Illahi Zaheer Rahimahullah, Ibtisaam Illahi Zaheer. After the prayers the funeral procession headed toward Allamah 'Ata ur Rahmaan's ancestral village in Samandari, Faisalabad.
The Ulama gathered there demanded speedy arrest and exemplery punishment of the Murderers. They said that the government cannot clear itself of blame for this horrible terrorist act by naming RAW* as the culprit.

Clash in Qandahar
A Clash occured between Gul Agha's and Mulla Naqeeb's troops, causualities couldn't be verified. The two groups are rivals for control of Qandahar. In Khost tensions are running high between Governer Bacha Khan and Commander Zaleem Khan. A clash is expected to happen soon.
Qusur(correspondant): Mian Pir Muhammad the Imaam of a Masjid, was murdered along with his wife and twelve year old daughter in Jodh Singh, Patoki.
Shaikh ul Hadith Maulana Muhammad Sharif Khan passed away.
Chitral(correspondant):Shaikh ul Hadith Maulana Muhammad Sharif passed after a long priod of illness. Maulana was 68 years old. He had recieved education from Madressah Ameeniyah Dehli and Dar ul Uloom Deoband, he completed his studies from Dar ul Uloom Haqqaniyah Akora Khattak. He served as Shaikh ul Hadith at Dar ul Uloom Darosh and Dar ul Uloom Chitral. Maulana was a patron of Jihaad and Mujahideen, his students number in thousands.

Islaam's correspondent in Gardez has sent a very interesting report titled "Eyewitness's report from Gardez".
The report narrates from a young Afghan fighter in the militia of American-allied warlord Bacha Khan. This fighter was with the American troops when they were ambushed by the Mujahideen in the Pir Gul Sar mountain pass and was one of the few who managed to escape.
He said that from the outset the Americans kept to the centre of the convoy, while the Afghans flanked them on both sides. When the convoy reached the middle of a valley, they were attacked by the Mujahideen from all sides. The Afghan fighter reported in disgust that the American commandoes and their commanders all began screaming like donkeys, in panic. Some of them were so frightened that they were not able to return fire.
He said that, "most of them were much older than me and yet I returned fire and they just dropped to the ground". He said that before witnessing the American's cowardly behavior, he was much impressed with their weapons and equipment, however seeing them panic in the battle, he felt like laughing. He expressed his wonder at how such cowards as Americans had dared to enter Afghan mountains.

A Christian Baby-Snatchers Group Arrested in Karachi

The group includes 4 foriegn missionaries and 4 local christians. The group used to operate from Gulshan-i-Iqbal block 13-D, house no. 19, near the Dominican Church.
Eleven snatched babies recovered from the group include 7 girls and 4 boys. The babies ages varied from a few days to 6 months old.
The ring-leader was a Christian preacher Denis Chance, whose wife had the job of taking the babies to Malta and selling them. According to their confessions their superiors in Malta pay $30,000 U.S for each kidnapped baby.

Imaam of the Masjid al-Haraam Shaykh Umar as Subail passes away

the Imaam ul Ka'abah Shaykh Umar bin Muhammad as Subail, died in a hospital in Taif on friday. The Shaikh was injured in a traffic accident about a month ago, while he was heading towards Taif from Riyadh.

The Real Reason for Gul Agha's Disappearance
Three Months after Hadhrat 'Amir ul Mu’mineen (Damat Barkatuhum) left Qandahar, he contacted Gul Agha on wireless and warned him severely. He warned Gul Agha to cause only that much oppression which he is able to bear himself. He told Gul Agha that the Amriki forces will have to leave Afghanistan, while you and your men will be left behind. He warned him that he will have to face the consequence of handing Mujahideen over to Amrika.
Sources within Gul Agha’s militia have conformed that after this threat, Gul Agha became scared and headed towards Quetta, making the excuse of medical treatment.
From Quetta, he fled for Dubai.
The rumor of this warning has been circulating in Qandahar for over ten days. However Islaam's correspondent wasn’t able to confirm it with senior warlords close to Gul Agha, until last Thursday and Friday.

358 Mujahideen jailed in the Haripur jail, have announced their intention to continue their hunger Strike to death unless they are released. These Mujahideen have been in jail without trial for 4 months. Among them are younger than 13 year old children, and more than 80 year old men.
The Mujahideen said that they were stripped of all things associated with Islaamic identity such as Siwaak, turbans and religious books. While tossing these things away, the members of interrogating team shouted out kufri slogans 'No Islaam' and 'Go Islaam'.
The Mujahideen, most of whom were arrested when they returned to Pakistan at the fall of the Islaamic Emirate, asked the Pervez Govt. why they were being treated worse than common criminals when they have broken no Pakistani laws?

Attack on Khost airport, American planes carpet bomb the runway in bewilderment

Mujahideen attacked the Khost airport at 1:30 in the morning, they killed 8 soldiers and threw grenades at 2 helicopters, wrecking them.
The Mujahideen left the airport quickly after making the lightening fast raid. However the american ground forces ran away from the airport in fear of the Mujahideen and their planes started carpet bombing the newly repaired runway in bewilderment.
Reports from Gardez have confirmed that the vast majority of the Mujahideen have cleared the area in wake of the huge build-up of hired afghan thugs. They were able to withdraw succefully without a single Mujahid falling in Amriki hands.
According to reliable reports about sixty Mujahideen were killed in Khost, may Allah accept them among the Shuhadaa.
More than 150 allied and amriki forces were killed in the battle, at one time 3 trucks full of amriki bodies were seen heading out from Gardez, by eyewitnesses.
6 Aircraft, including 5 helicopters and 1 b-52 bomber were destroyed in Gardez.
At least 8 american soldiers were also captured in the battle. According to the analysis of the daily Islaam, these soldiers have been killed by the Mujahideen or by the amriki bombing.
